Sprinkle the mullet with lemon and sea salt and grill for 5 mins each side Served with boiled new potatoes, lemon chard, green beans and some daikon radish marinated in white wine vinegar
I started a foodie blog a little while ago (see link below) and whilst searching blogs for inspiration I realised that there were hardly any fish blogs out there.
Fish is such a versatile and healthy food which I love to cook (and more importantly eat).
This blog is exclusively dedicated to fish/seafood, I hope people find some inspiration here.
