Seared scallops on watercress salad Heat olive oil and butter in skillet Sear seasoned scallops in pan add strips of serano ham Serve on watercress (nice and peppery) with a pesto dressing (tsp of pesto, olive oil and white wine vinegar)
I started a foodie blog a little while ago (see link below) and whilst searching blogs for inspiration I realised that there were hardly any fish blogs out there.
Fish is such a versatile and healthy food which I love to cook (and more importantly eat).
This blog is exclusively dedicated to fish/seafood, I hope people find some inspiration here.
